The first step in any large organizational shift is to assess the proposed change and what this implies for the organization. This series of workshops allows you to understand the perspective of different stakeholder groups and the likely impacts on these groups. Leadership involvement and the governance structure of the change will have to be aligned to the overall project objectives. The first workshop aims to develop a compelling vision and key messages of the shift so internal stakeholders can clearly understand what success will look like. The second workshop aims to highlight the gaps between the current state and future state of the different areas of the business that will be impacted. This high-level perspective will allow your team to determine the scale and scope of change for each department and will provide insight into potential ripple effects of any changes you're planning to make. These sessions can be run remotely online.
